His solid legal insight regarding bankruptcy matters has proven to be invaluable to many of our clients.
In 2012, Buzzy was selected by the Bankruptcy Section of The North Carolina Bar Association as the first recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award. The award was recognition of Buzzy’s 40 years of contributions “to the betterment of the NCBA Bankruptcy Section and the profession” and honored him as one “who has set an aspiring example for those who follow.”
His efforts to provide high-caliber legal representation that goes above and beyond have not gone unnoticed.
