  • On October 19, 2016, the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey reversed the condemnation jury award in New Jersey Transit Corporation v. Mary Franco, et al., which had fixed just compensation in the amount of $8,150,000 for the entire taking of a former industrial property, portions of which are located in three municipalities.
