R. Sam Price is an experienced and well-educated attorney with real life experience in real estate and business matters. He was formerly licensed as a real estate broker and general contractor. He actively invests in real estate and owns his own businesses. He enjoys writing and teaching, especially in the field of real estate.
Sam grew up in a real estate family. His grandmother and father were both real estate brokers, and his mother was a real estate investor. He grew up surrounded by rentals and real estate deals.
Sam first entered the family business at age six by helping to hammer nails out of salvaged boards so no one would step on them. Over time, he helped with every aspect of managing rentals, buying properties, fixing properties, and selling properties.
Sam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from California State University, San Bernardino. He earned his law degree with honors (cum laude) from Western New England College School of Law. He studied taxation for his master of laws degree from New York University School of Law.
Sam is engaged to be married and enjoys woodworking, hiking, and taking his dog, Maddy, on walks.
