  • On January 1, 2012, the disclosure requirements of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, Senate Bill 657 (“SB 657” or the “Act”) take effect. These requirements, discussed below, apply to all retail sellers or manufacturers doing business in the state of California with USD 100 million or more in annual worldwide gross revenues.
