As a shareholder and member of the Litigation Group, Andrew works efficiently to manage your legal disputes. He believes collaboration fosters the best outcomes for his clients. He relies on thorough, one-on-one consultations, direct access, and responsiveness to support his clients’ success. With experience and knowledge, Andrew can help you navigate contract claims, malpractice defense, business torts, or estate litigation.
Andrew works to achieve the best possible outcome when your company faces a customer or vendor dispute or a professional complaint from an agency of Virginia’s Department of Professional & Occupational Regulation. His deliberate approach, and early assessment, paired with tenacious persistence (whether through contested hearing or negotiated resolution), brings disciplined support to each unique situation.
Andrew joined Sands Anderson in 2001 as a summer intern and has continued building his career as a lawyer with the firm as an associate and shareholder. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his three girls, cooking Italian food, and developing his interest in landscape design. Andrew is also a vintage baseball card collector and sports enthusiast.
