The Council is a select group of attorneys and representatives from the industry, limited to only seven members that represent Claimants.
Practicing since 1995, he is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and the New Jersey Association for Justice. He has lectured before lawyers and medical providers regarding the subject of auto insurance and PIP arbitration, and is recognized by many throughout the State as an advocate of patient and provider rights in the PIP arbitration process.
