Biography

Abby Weiner is Senior Counsel in the Corporate Law and Real Estate Law Groups at Peckar & Abramson. She has extensive experience in the representation of publicly and privately held companies, and in all areas of corporate and real estate law.

Ms. Weiner represents and counsels clients on a broad range of matters, including formation and organization of corporations, partnerships and limited-liability companies, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, corporate governance, private placements, financing, and general commercial agreements. In addition, Ms. Weiner has represented and counseled numerous clients in connection with real estate acquisitions and dispositions and mortgage financing.

Ms. Weiner is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. She received her bachelor of arts degree from Tufts University, summa cum laude, and her law degree from George Washington University National Law Center, with honors, where she served as notes editor for The George Washington Law Review.
