Jenifer Minsky serves as the ProjectNotice Program Manager at Peckar & Abramson. In this role, Ms. Minsky assists contractors in managing risk associated with major construction contracts.

Bio

Ms. Minsky also has extensive experience in reviewing contracts and litigating construction disputes, including claims arising from delays, construction and design defects, liens and construction accidents.

Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, Ms. Minsky was a deputy assistant borough chief at the Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, and an associate principal with Zetlin & DeChiara LLP.
