Howard R. Davis has been practicing immigration law for the past 20 years and has been Of Counsel to our firm for the past 10 years. Mr. Davis is a graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, California. He has successfully represented numerous individuals in the immigration courts, before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
