Mr. Wendland, a Rochester native, joined our firm in August 2007. Prior to joining, he was an intern at the Minneapolis Department of Civil Rights, focusing on employment discrimination, for which he was recognized by the Minneapolis City Council for his contributions to the Department's Complaint Investigation Unit. Mr. Wendland maintains a multi-faceted practice, which includes the following areas of law:

Mr. Wendland is a participating attorney with Wills for Heroes, a service provided by the Minnesota State Bar Association that provides simple wills for qualified firefighters, police officers, and first responders. Mr. Wendland is a lecturer on debt collection and creditor's rights.
Mr. Wendland is active in the community through the Downtown Kiwanis Club and Fuel Rochester. In his spare time, Mr. Wendland enjoys playing hockey in the winter and playing golf and running when seasonable. An avid guitar player and musician, he has played in numerous bands and enjoys playing, recording, and engineering. Mr. Wendland is a life-long fan of the University of Minnesota Golden Gopher Hockey team and supports Manchester United Football Club.
