He has successfully handled cases involving breach of contract, shareholder disputes, covenants not to compete, breach of employment agreements, defense of employment discrimination claims, defense of constitutional claims arising out of zoning and planning decisions, surface water discharge, property damage, and personal injury.


Prior to joining Boylan Code, LLP, Mr. Wood was a partner at Chamberlain D’Amanda Oppenheimer & Greenfield LLP. Additionally, while an associate at Chamberlain D’Amanda, Mr. Wood served for over a year in an in-house counsel capacity in Eastman Kodak Company’s Marketing, Antitrust, Trademark, and Litigation legal group, providing legal counsel for a wide range of marketing, distribution, sales, service, and licensing transactions.

Mr. Wood is admitted to the New York State Bar, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the Northern District of New York, and the United State Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.
