Biography

Patrick's legal career has been focused solely on the practice of Workers' Compensation. After graduating Law School, Patrick practiced throughout the State representing self-insured employers and carrier's in Workers' Compensation matters. Patrick also practiced in the area of loss transfer and subrogation on behalf of his clients. Patrick has successfully argued cases before the Supreme Court of the State of New York Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department. Since joining PSR, Patrick has focused his attention on representing the interests of injured workers. Patrick previously served on the Board of Directors of the Workers' Compensation Bar Association and is currently a member of the IWBA. He is currently and active member of the Knights of Columbus and the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
