  • In nearly fifty years of practice in Montgomery County and Washington, D.C., Pat McKeever's expertise has spanned a wide range of services. Most of those efforts, however, whether in trial work, appellate argument, transactional engagements or document drafting, have centered on real estate and its development and financing. Mr. McKeever is often called upon, both by clients and other lawyers, to assist in or devise innovative solutions, including public-private agreements to facilitate land development, condominium, cooperative and homeowner association concepts and applications. His experience and practice continues to encompass commercial and residential real estate transactions, particularly in the crafting of contracts, commercial condominium documentation, loan closings and defense of titles, and trial and appellate work in these areas.
