Mr. Carr has over 6 years of experience in the area of Foreclosure Law as a supervisor and later as an attorney. Before, joining Stern, Lavinthal & Frankenberg, LLC, Mr. Carr was associated with a New Jersey firm concentrating in Creditor’s Rights. His previous experience in this area has provided him with an extensive knowledge of Foreclosure Law, where he currently focuses his practice. Mr. Carr is also experienced in the area of evictions.He also appears in municipal court on behalf of lenders who have been served with summonses relating to the condition of properties in foreclosure actions.
