Biography

Kevin A. Flautt is an Senior Associate with the Labor Department of Mastagni Holstedt, A Professional Corporation. Mr. Flautt represents public sector employees in administrative investigations, hearings, and civil litigation on behalf of PORAC Legal Defense Fund and various state and local labor associations.

Prior to his work at the firm, Mr. Flautt gained experience litigating in the areas of business litigation, real estate & lending law, commercial bankruptcy & creditor’s rights, equine law, consumer fraud, construction defect, and employment actions. Mr. Flautt has experience litigating these areas before both state and federal courts. During law school, Mr. Flautt clerked with the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Sacramento.

Mr. Flautt earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2008, and is a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. Mr. Flautt also earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California, San Diego, double majoring in Political Science and Psychology.
