Stuart C. Talley is a partner in the Sacramento based law firm Kershaw, Cook & Talley PC and previously Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff LLP who primarily practices in the areas of mass torts, consumer class actions, and other complex litigation. For the past 15 years, he has represented plaintiffs in numerous complex cases in both state and federal courts around the country. He is appointed by state and federal courts nationwide as lead or co-lead counsel for several high profile cases involving product liability, dangerous drugs, and defective medical devices against corporate giants, big pharma, and manufacturers.
Stuart has earned a reputation as a respected attorney, and is recognized nationally for his extensive experience and skillful prosecution of consumer class action litigation and multi-district mass tort cases. Prior to Kershaw, Cook & Talley PC and Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff LLP, Stuart was an attorney at Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard, where he managed the firm’s mass tort practice and was involved with daily litigation of several large cases against various medical device manufacturers. Stuart was also the primary litigation partner in the law firm of Taubman, Simpson, Young & Sulentor, where his practice involved oil and gas law probate, employment law, and general business disputes.
