Audra DePaolo focuses her practice on the preparation of appellate briefs and motions before the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Appellate Division. She also handles estate administrations, drafts and reviews contracts and corporate documents for individual and business clients and assists in complex commercial litigation. Ms. DePaolo was a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Peter Ciolino, A.J.S.C., former Assignment Judge of Bergen County.
