Bringing Integrity to the Litigation Process
Although we see attorneys on television shows and cable news shows, many of us reach middle age or older without ever hiring an attorney. When we need an attorney, we may act cautiously out of fear that we'll be taken advantage of or that we can't trust lawyers. Even when our need is immediate, we still hesitate.
Matthew Henry, founder of The Henry Firm, P.A., is a different kind of lawyer. When their legal matter is concluded, our clients tell us they feel good about their case. Our law firm is one that has high standards and one which acts with integrity at all times.
"People shouldn't have to feel like they sold out when they hire a lawyer. I try to be a lawyer that is effective but that also helps my clients feel good about the legal process." - Attorney Matthew Henry

Helping Individuals and Families in Need
There are a few life issues during which an individual or family member needs an attorney. Some are happy occasions - such as an adoption. Others are realistic situations - such as the need to write a will. And yet others are disruptive and emotional situations - such as the decision to file for divorce or the need to file for bankruptcy.
Many of these issues have nothing to do with your age or income level. As with our real estate litigation, the individuals we help are a full cross section of individuals in the Little Rock area.

Referred by a friend. Paid him $3k in October 2013 to handle 2 trademark registrations. He didn't file the applications until June of 2014; should never have taken 7 months. After months of unanswered e-mails, re-sending and re-sending to request an update, I figured out how to check the status myself, only to find out that Mr. Henry failed to respond to an action notice for 6 months, so the USPTO abandoned the applications in Sept. 2016. Would not refund us what we paid. Very unprofessinal.Read less
