In this regard, he regularly represents clients on government relations matters relating to zoning and land use approvals.

AJ also has experience drafting leases, resolving complex title and survey issues, performing real estate due diligence and helping clients document and close a wide range of real estate transactions and commercial loans. He also enjoys serving his community and using his skills and knowledge to have a positive impact through pro bono service.
