Biography

Mr. Edwards litigates insurance coverage, wrongful death, civil rights, medical malpractice, products liability and personal injuries. He advises insurance carriers in underwriting and coverage disputes. He has defended employers in employment jury trials. He has acted as lead trial counsel in the defense of numerous state and federal jury trials in Utah, including jury trials in eight different counties in the State of Utah.

Mr. Edwards is the former Litigation Department Chair and is currently the Loss Prevention Partner.
