Biography

Mr. Bolinder is a shareholder and trial lawyer with Richards Brandt Miller Nelson. He has been in practice since 2006 and with Richards Brandt Miller Nelson since 2011. Mr. Bolinder’s practice focuses primarily on construction law, insurance law, complex litigation and commercial transactions. He has experience representing both design and construction professionals, defending governmental entities and appearing in various administrative settings. He is a member of the Utah State Bar and is licensed to practice in all state and federal district courts in the state of Utah, the United States District Court for Colorado, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Federal Claims and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the Utah Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute. Mr. Bolinder was selected for inclusion in 2010, 2011, and 2012 Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.

Mr. Bolinder received his B.S. degree in Political Science with a minor in Russian from the University of Utah in 2002 and his J.D. degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 2006.
