Daniel J. Knudsen is an associate in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group and a member of the Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance team in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office.

Areas of Practice

Daniel’s practice focuses on renewable energy and infrastructure project finance, especially of wind, solar, and transportation projects. Daniel represents lenders and sponsors at all stages of project development, from offtake agreements to procurement and construction contracts to debt and tax equity financing. Daniel has also advised clients in the buying and selling of project portfolios and development assets.

In addition to his energy and infrastructure practice, Daniel has represented pro bono clients in immigration, housing, conservation, and carbon finance matters.
