Kristen Caverly represented my two siblings and me against the Trustee of our deceased step mother. She reviewed all information, developed a strategy, and followed it with precision and legal confidence. She advised us all along the way of each next step, conducted excellent depositions, and ultimately was successful in our receiving our inheritance. She is tenacious, assertive, clear, accurate and very calm. Her team excelled at drafting, research and meeting all deadlines. Bravo Kristen! Read less

Kristian Caverly and her team were my first experience with litigation. She communicated clearly her views on the situation we are facing, explained what would take place in the court room, and explained the level of research she would do to develop our case. I was greatly impressed with the level of research she and her team did to complete fact-finding. She worked very well with her team and used them to bounce off ideas for pros and cons of our case. She is very worthy of the price. Read less
