Andrew Zacks and his partner Scott Freedman succeeded in rescinding the purchase of a multi-million dollar house we bought that had several undisclosed defects. In the end, the arbitrator concluded the sellers had committed intentional fraud and awarded us everything we asked for. We won because Andrew and Scott left no stone unturned (sellers hid docs during discovery), hired best experts, maintained high ethics, and asked arbitrator for reasonable award. I was expected to pay for the additional time required by the 2nd associate to get up to speed on the case. We finally settled satisfactorily, however the attorneys fees amounted to 60% of the settlement. Read less
