    Failed to file legal documents with court prior to statute tolling. Did not practice enough due diligence weak discovery. Suggested filing an appeal on the day of the hearing, which was not very reassuring, and, ethically, appeals should be handled by another legal team. Lost case on summary judgment. Billed and paid for approximately $500,000 dollars. Found billing errors, such as over billing. Read less
