Biography

Eric joined DeLacey Riebel in 2016. He specializes in researching, briefing and arguing complex legal issues before trial and appellate courts on complex family law matters. Eric is an experienced litigator having been a civil trial attorney for 28 years, trying jury and court trials on a wide variety of cases throughout the Bay Area and Nevada. Eric is a certified NITA trial advocacy instructor. Eric graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Political Science and received his JD from UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
