Experience: Products Liability: Represented a global biopharmaceutical company in a national multi-district class action brought by hundreds of individual plaintiffs, claiming bodily injury, negligence, and various statutory claims. Took depositions of doctors and fact witnesses, reviewed and analyzed discovery.; Represented an oxygen concentrator manufacturer against claims from multiple plaintiffs, including claims of wrongful death, strict products liability, manufacturing defect, negligence, breach of warranty, and survival.; Represented a wheelchair manufacturer against claims of willful misconduct, strict products liability, negligent products liability, breach of implied and expressed warranty.; Represented global automobile manufacturer against claims of personal injury, negligence, products liability, emotional distress; prepared case for trial and prepared motion to exclude plaintiff's key expert.; Class Action Defense and Unfair Competition: Represented global manufacturer against class of plaintiffs, claiming violations of Cal.
