Stephanie T. Yang is an Associate in the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. In addition, Ms. Yang is the San Francisco office’s e-Discovery liaison. In that capacity, she provides advice to San Francisco attorneys on best e-Discovery practices.

In 2012, Ms. Yang’s trial motions and briefs contributed to two defense verdicts in Orange County. In 2013, Ms. Yang obtained a partial summary judgment in a hotly litigated disability discrimination matter. In 2015, Ms. Yang successfully negotiated a complete dismissal of a sexual harassment case for a waiver of costs. In 2016, as second chair in a wage and hour bench trial, Ms. Yang helped obtain complete defense verdict in favor of the employer.

While attending law school, Ms. Yang spent a year as a visiting law student at Stanford Law School.

A native of Taipei, Taiwan, Ms. Yang is actively involved in the Asian American legal and business community. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
