JOSHUA T. DYER, Senior Associate, received his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Legal Studies with a minor in French. Mr. Dyer served for a year as a recruiter, subsequently deciding to pursue a legal career. He earned a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and subsequently clerked at a boutique law firm, specializing in workers' compensation. Since joining SRTK in 2008, Mr. Dyer has gained extensive legal experience in all areas of workers' compensation, including complex litigation for various insurance companies and self-insured clients. Mr. Dyer is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation. In addition to his impressive legal skills, Mr. Dyer also speaks French. For enjoyment, he engages in sports activities, cooking and spending time with his dogs.
