Prior to joining RMKB, Kevin was an associate attorney at Tingley Law Group, PC in San Jose, California. At the Tingley Law Group, Kevin advised clients on a wide variety of legal matters including in intellectual property, regulatory, and other business-related litigation, particularly in defense of copyright, trademark, and patent infringement claims. Kevin has also assisted clients in addressing employment, corporate, and other business-related matters. Kevin has represented clients in matters venued in various counties across California and all four U.S. District Courts in California.

Kevin earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in May 2011, graduating summa cum laude in his class. Kevin also received the High Technology Law Certificate. Kevin received his undergraduate degree in biology from Brigham Young University in April of 2008.

Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and is a fan of the Sharks, Giants, and Warriors. Kevin also volunteers with his local Little League organization and boy scout troop.
