Biography

Mark A. Sigala was raised in San Jose, California. He comes from a large extended family including 11 siblings. He was the first in his family to graduate from college. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mark gained extensive experience working as a personal injury paralegal and investigator for many years with nationally recognized personal injury firms. Mark has been with CMA from its inception, and has been working with Tim and Bob for over 15 years.

Mark has been nominated by his peers and chosen as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers of Northern California several times. He is the past President of the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association and past member of their Board of Governors. He is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, San Francisco County Trial Lawyers and Consumer Attorneys of California. Mark is fluent in Spanish and specializes in representing seriously injured victims.
