Biography

Mr. Egan's practice focuses on civil litigation in the areas of business, commercial, and employment litigation. Mr. Egan has represented individuals and businesses in federal and state court, in administrative proceedings and in alternative dispute settings. Mr. Egan frequently appears in courts inside and outside of Utah on a variety of civil litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, employment and labor law, business law and related matters. After practicing law in Texas for two years, Mr. Egan returned to Utah to practice law. He joined Stavros Law in 2012 and has quickly developed a reputation with clients and adversaries as a tenacious and skilled litigator. During his time with Stavros Law, Mr. Egan has successfully resolved numerous employment and business claims, assisted in appeals to the Utah Supreme Court and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and obtained favorable rulings on various motions in ongoing litigation. He has also tried a number of jury and bench trials to verdict and judgment. Mr. Egan is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law.
