Mr. Kornoff previously operated his own law practice where he represented clients in civil litigation and business transactions; and litigated complex commercial transaction cases to judgment. Mr. Kornoff graduated from Western State University College of Law where he was President of the International Law Students Association and a student member of the American Inns of Court.
The San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program awarded Mr. Kornoff with their Distinguished Service Award for outstanding contributions of legal services. Andrew also has been awarded the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for his contributions of legal services to the community. Most recently, Mr. Kornoff co-authored an article published in the CLM Magazine’s August 2018 edition titled, “Recovery Beyond The Average.”
Andrew is pleased to offer his services to businesses, insurers and third-party administrators in all types of civil litigation matters and in a consultative capacity regarding compliance with the mandates of FEHA, ADA, Wage & Hour laws, and other related labor matters.
Andrew is admitted to the California State Bar and the Federal District Courts in the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts.
