Mr. Myers has obtained settlements and judgments valued in excess of $37,000,000 throughout his legal career. Mr. Myers has obtained these outstanding results with an approach to prepare each of the firm's clients, and their cases, for trial.

After graduating from the University of Missouri - Columbia, School of Law, Mr. Myers returned to his hometown of Santa Barbara, California. He was an associate with the law firm of Foley & Bezek which specialized in representing plaintiff's in complex business litigation, including toxic tort and lender liability class actions.

While Mr. Myers appreciated the experience he was obtaining at Foley & Bezek, as a former union organizer for the American Federation of Teachers, Mr. Myers wanted to focus his practice as a labor and employment attorney. Prior to opening up his own practice, Mr. Myers served for six years as the head of the civil litigation department at the union-side labor firm of Levy, Stern and Ford. At Levy, Stern, and Ford, Mr. Myers was responsible for all of the firm's civil litigation ranging from California's wage and hour law, the Fair Employment and Housing Act (i.e. sexual harassment, discrimination, disability discrimination, etc.), class actions, and wrongful termination.

In addition to representing individual employees, Mr. Myers also represented various unions, including the American Federation of Teachers, Communications Worker's of America, UniteHere, the Southern California Allied Printing Trades Council and the Teamsters.

Mr. Myers opened up the Myers Law Group to continue his practice of representing individual clients and the representation of various labor unions. Mr. Myers' goal is to provide his clients with the type of representation that levels the playing field between the client and the employer.

While Mr. Myers will be involved in each of the cases that retains the Myers Law Group, Mr. Myers relies on a collection of some the brightest attorney's in the State of California, for the purpose of assisting in the various aspects of litigation.

Just in the past two years, Mr. Myers has had success in obtaining the following results on behalf of his individual clients, and in class actions:

· $2,500,000 for his clients and other employees for off the clock work, overtime, meal break, and rest break class action;

· $2,750,000 million settlement in meal and rest break class action settlement;

· $400,000 settlement in disability and retaliation claim for an individual who was about to take a $25,000 severance package;

· $325,000 settlement in sexual harassment claim for a one year employer who continued to work for the company.

While there is no guarantee as to what the Myers Law Group will ever be able to obtain for its clients, the Myers Law Group will insure that all of its clients are well represented at every stage of litigation, up to, and including, trial.
