      After a couple of consultations without clear direction and being sent from one person to the other, I was billed for time non-used and fees non-agreed upon. After two bills, they even charged me interest on the phony billing. Would not recommend to anyone.

      “14 MR. FOROUZANDEH: There was no request in the
      15 original -- the original order that this court issued
      16 last July did not include any attorney's fees. This
      17 order is not seeking attorney's fees.”{para}P.6 “14 MR. FOROUZANDEH: Your Honor, the $57,000 in
      15 attorney's fees had very little to nothing to do with the
      16 prior restraining order. That matter has been
      17 adjudicated in front of the bankruptcy court. That's all
      18 been resolved. There was no request for attorney's fees,
      19 either in our last petition before you or this present
      20 petition before you.
      In an attempt to understand Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy LLP--Union Banks, Grand Theft, Fraud, Perjury and Breach of Contract. Union Bank fully amortized $472,823.87 on June 18, 2007 at 6% with monthly payments of $4,121.06 per month showing $52,799.57 added onto the stated Principal balance of $420,024.30 per Union Banks August 29, 2011 Certified Loan Transaction History. Union Banks in 2012 filed fraudulent (Proof of Claim) by using amortization schedules created by Diana Jessup Lee/ Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy LLP adding $45,171.20 onto Union Banks previous 2007 Loan Transaction History amount of $472,823.87? Robert B. Forouzandeh/Union Bank now admits January 5, 2015 to creating the amortization schedule accounting used in the May 19, 2011 NOD. Union Bank shows in their July 17, 2007 online accounting $453,969.79 owed in July 2007 after Union Bank deducted $22,274.46 as only interest paid! Union Bank previously on July 4, 2007 claimed a principal balance due of $420,024.30 plus interest due of $54,804.53 totaling $474, 823.87 on July 4, 2007. Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy LLP--Union Bank had no legal right to file a fraudulent NOD claiming $45,171.20 owed or commit Grand Theft, Fraud and Perjury before the United States Bankruptcy Court in changing loan documents on December 26, 2011 to reflect Union Banks May 6, 2011 amortization schedules! Robert B. Forouzandeh and Diana Jessup Lee’s emails below from January 25, 2011 to February 11, 2015 show Union Banks banking fraud, Breach of contract and perjury.
      The Fidelity National Title Company May 26, 2011 9:28 AM breakdown of the amount showing on the NOD which was recorded 5/19/2011 as emailed by Levas, Vickie [mailto:[email protected]] showed17 past due payments 01/2010 thru 05/2011 totaling $65,853.51 with the $45,171.20 previously amortized into the Oceano Nursery SBA loan totaling: $111,024.71 File:
