Biography

THOMAS W. BANNER counsels clients in real estate transactions, business entity formation, commercial agreements, estate planning and other civil matters. Mr. Banner also represents clients before administrative agencies, city and county government bodies, and in courtrooms across the state. Prior to joining Hays & Friedman, P.A., Mr. Banner served as a criminal prosecutor, as an administrative prosecutor for the New Mexico Medical Board, and as a staff attorney for the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission.
