Patrick Barkley is an associate in the Savannah office within the Firm’s specialty litigation group. His practice areas include admiralty, transportation, logistics, commercial collections, business litigation, real estate litigation, and tax appeal disputes involving residential, commercial, and personal property. Prior to relocating to Savannah, Patrick was an associate at the firm of Little, Bates, Kelehear & Toland, P.C., located in Dalton, Georgia, where his practice concentrated primarily on civil litigation, family law, residential real estate, and probate administration.
Patrick is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit; the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Georgia; and all courts of the State of Georgia.
Patrick earned his J.D. in May 2012 from the Samford University Cumberland School of Law where he was awarded multiple Scholar of Merit awards, served as an articles editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, and was selected by faculty as a Caruthers fellow to assist incoming students in legal writing and research classes. Prior to law school, Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Auburn University.
