Faced with the choice between uncertain, but definitely high costs of litigation and going without counsel, many people are unaware that a middle ground exists in which they can have the representation they need at a cost they can afford. Many people buy into the concept of having a "day in court" when that day may never arrive. Jennifer has advanced training as a family law mediator and serves as a parenting coordinator. Jennifer offers caring, strategic legal representation to clients in transition as a result of divorce, child custody changes (including relocations) and business transitions. From routine business matters to changing a death certificate in the middle of a death benefits investigation, Jennifer is persistent and innovative. Jennifer holds a B.A. degree in Communications from Arizona State University (1997) and a J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California (2000).
