Biography

Prescott Jones is an associate at the Las Vegas office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara. He practices primarily in the areas of Business Law and Construction Litigation.

Mr. Jones frequently handles complex construction litigation, and was the handling associate for one of the largest class action construction defect matters in Nevada history. Additionally, Mr. Jones personally represents and advises Nevada companies of all sizes in general corporate matters, entity formation, contract negotiation, and complex litigation.

While in law school, Mr. Jones served as a Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Review, a Senior Member of the Buffalo Moot Court Board, and a Senior Associate Member of the Jessup Moot Court Board. Mr. Jones graduated from law school in 2009 in the top quarter of his class and was admitted to the Nevada Bar the same year.

Mr. Jones is admitted to and has appeared in all Nevada courts, including the Nevada Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
