    Some lawyers are hard to get on the phone and you have to talk to their legal assistant. With Jon, he is available when you need him and the most important of all is his honesty. We could have gone through this terrible accident and ended up with nothing, but listening to Jon and his experience, we ended up with a pretty nice settlement. Even Jon took off some of his fees to give us more of a settlement.

    We felt that they could have communicated more frequently with updates on the progress of our case. Sometimes they requested us to obtain paperwork from medical professionals that would probably have been faster and easier for them to obtain. lawyers should remember that when speaking to clients they should use language the client will understand and ask if they are in fact understanding of the whole process or ask if we have any questions.
