Greg Pendleton is a commercial litigator concentrating on insurance recovery. Greg also handles first-party coverage matters such as flood or fire damage and food spoilage.Greg's general commercial litigation practice includes representing businesses and business owners in contract and tort disputes. He also maintains a healthcare practice, advising physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in licensing investigations by the Department of Health.Greg received his B.A. (magna cum laude, 2002) and J.D. (2006) from the University of Washington. He lives in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle with his wife and two children.
