Will Smart leads Keller Rohrback’s plaintiff’s tort litigation group. He is an accomplished trial lawyer with over 35 years of experience. Mr. Smart’s recent cases have included those involving insurance bad faith, traumatic brain injury, medical malpractice, and securities fraud. Mr. Smart handles cases for individuals or groups, corporations or professionals. He has litigated matters in the courts of Washington, Alaska, Oregon, Montana, Ohio, the Shorelines Hearings Board, the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, and various tribal courts.
