  • On January 29, 2003, the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") issued its final rule establishing standards of professional conduct for attorneys who practice before the SEC on behalf of public companies, as required by Section 307 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The Rule will be effective on August 5, 2003.
