DIEDRE A. PETERS concentrates her practice in civil litigation. She has experience in medical malpractice defense, personal injury, and employment law, as well as other areas.
Diedre graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2015. During law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Legal Writing and was an Associate Editor of the University of Illinois Law Review. Diedre also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael M. Mihm and the Honorable Sue E. Myerscough, Judges of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. In her last year of law school, Diedre was a Student Attorney for the Civil Litigation Clinic, where she successfully represented low-income clients.
Diedre grew up in Bertrand and attended Charleston High School. Prior to attending law school, Diedre earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Columbia College.
