Her speaking engagements include presentations for the American Bar Association, Institute for Continuing Legal Education, American Society of Employers, Association of Corporate Counsel Michigan, State Bar of Michigan Labor & Employment and Health Law Sections, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, Michigan Industry Liaison Group, and Greater Lansing Society for Human Resource Management.

In her spare time, Ms. Buckley-Norwood volunteers as a pro bono attorney, in addition to other civic activities.
