Creighton Castle is the President and Managing Partner of Giffin, Winning, Cohen & Bodewes, P.C.

Creighton's practice focuses primarily on business transactions and taxation matters. His accomplishments include:

Federal & State Taxation - Creighton's experience as a CPA, a masters degree in tax law and 16 years of professional experience make him a valuable resource in complex tax matters. He has successfully litigated and negotiated a number of tax matters for Illinois State agencies. He has also appeared before the Illinois Department of Revenue and Internal Revenue Service on behalf of clients.

Real Estate Transactions - Creighton facilitates sales of commercial real estate transactions.

Business Formation & Transaction - The number of businesses (both privately or publicly held) and not-for-profit organizations Creighton has assisted ranges into the hundreds. He has evaluated new businesses and determined the appropriate entity to serve the client's business and tax requirements. His clients include a number of not-for-profit organizations; he has assisted in their initial incorporation and acquisition of SOl(c) status and their ongoing management of legal issues.

Recent Business Transactions/Contracts - Creighton recently managed the sale of several nursing home & industrial facilities for clients. Creighton was also instrumental in the sale of several major beer distributorships.
