Mr. Shawn E. McGinnis

Mr. Shawn E. McGinnis: Attorney with Truman & Radford - Injury Attorneys

Biography

Shawn finds satisfaction in helping individuals and families deal with the worst injuries one can suffer as a result of someone’s negligence. He cares and is genuinely concerned about his client’s well being during this stressful time. He is empathetic (having been in a crash himself) and gives personalized attention to the needs, concerns, and questions of his clients.

While a successful wrongful death suit or catastrophic negligence suit can’t bring the victim back or put the individual back in their pre-crash condition, Shawn will aggressively fight to ensure the victim’s loved ones or the individual will be treated honestly (Rights protected) and receive fair compensation for their losses.

Shawn is married to the cutest wife; has 5 wonderful children (most of the time), and 4 adorable grandchildren. In addition, Shawn has been privileged to serve and help in the past with the following organizations:

KONY’s Coins for kids, DRMC’s Jubilee of Trees, Southern Utah Home Builders, American Heart Association, Boy Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanity, various religious positions, Washington County School District, and Switch Point Community Shelter.
