He has served the legal community in a number of roles, including as a member of MATA's Board of Governors and the Region XI Disciplinary Committee of the Missouri Bar. He is currently a member of MATA and the American Association of Justice.

Andy was honored in 2010 for his generous support and commitment to the goals of Kid's Chance, Inc., an organization established to provide scholarships to children of injured workers.
