Jason Caudill is an associate attorney who joined The Gartner Law Firm in April 2014. Prior to joining the Gartner Law Firm, Jason represented employers and their insurance companies in workers’ compensation cases. This experience has allowed Jason great insight into the way insurance companies think including their strategies and tactics. Jason knows that the insurance company’s job is to resolve cases as quickly, and for as little money, as possible. No matter how much the insurance company says they care, they are not looking out for you and they are not your friends.Jason graduated from St. Louis University School of Law and has been a member of the Missouri Bar Association since 2009 and is also licensed in Illinois. He has argued successfully before the Missouri Court of Appeals. Jason currently handles a variety of legal cases including workers’ compensation, personal injury, traffic/criminal, property matters and family law. Jason has been married to his wife Marci for 14 years and has two children. He is an active member in the community as a trustee of the Crossings Church in Wentzville. He has also volunteered with New Heights tutoring program in Wentzville.
