Mr. Ross devotes his entire practice to mediation and arbitration. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator (civil) and Arbitrator. He is also qualified to mediate Federal Court cases in the state of Florida.
Since 2001, Mr. Ross has handled over 2,500 Florida mediations, specializing in complex, large dollar claims in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury and wrongful death, construction disputes, employment lawsuits, professional and medical claims, and general multi-party and significant civil litigation matters. He handles state and federal court mediations and presuit mediations throughout the state of Florida.
Prior to commencing his fulltime mediation practice, Mr. Ross was a litigation partner in one of Florida's largest international law firms and handled many difficult state and federal court litigation matters as lead trial counsel.

Mr. Ross also enjoys boating, scuba diving, and traveling the Caribbean.
